At Sunny Brae Animal Clinic, our wellness exams go beyond routine screenings. We take time to listen, observe, and connect, so that you and your pet feel supported every step of the way.

Each exam includes:

Comprehensive Physical Exam
A full nose-to-tail evaluation to check your pet’s eyes, ears, skin, heart, lungs, joints, oral health, and more. We look for early signs of illness and monitor overall condition.

One-on-One Discussion With Your Veterinarian
We talk with you about your pet’s lifestyle, behavior, diet, and any changes you've noticed at home.

Vaccination Review & Updates
Vaccines will be recommended based on your pet’s age, exposure risk, and medical history.

Parasite Prevention
We talk about protection from fleas, ticks, heartworms, and intestinal parasites, with options that match your pet’s lifestyle and risk level.

Whether it’s a planned procedure like a spay or dental surgery, or something more urgent like a wound repair or removal of an intestinal blockage. We offer a full range of surgical services to meet your pet’s needs.

No matter the reason for surgery, your pet’s safety, comfort, and recovery are always our top priorities.

Before every procedure, we recommend pre-operative lab work to check your pet’s organ function and help us choose the safest anesthesia plan. During surgery, your pet is closely monitored by trained staff using advanced equipment to track vital signs like heart rate, breathing, and oxygen levels.

After surgery, we focus on pain management and provide clear, supportive instructions to help your pet recover comfortably at home.

Whether your pet has a sudden illness, injury, or is just “not acting right,” we're here to help.

We do our very best to accommodate same-day Urgent Care appointments for our established clients, but please know that we are a busy practice and appointments are often in high demand. Calling us as early as possible gives us the best chance to fit your pet in.

We also see emergencies during regular business hours and provide after hour emergency care on Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
